Return Policy: 1.) Buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return. 2.) A return can only be authorized if the item is in the same new condition as sent, OR if the item fails an initial test conducted within 30 days and prior to final installation. 3.) DOMESTIC RETURNS: Returning a new item as sent – The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges outgoing, and all return shipping charges. 3A.)Returning an item that fails initial testing within 30 days (Dead On Arrival) and prior to final installation- Seller will pay for outgoing and return shipping. 4.) INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Buyer pays for shipping/customs charges outgoing and returning in both cases (See Statement 2). Refund- 1.)If a return is authorized, a full refund for the total purchase price and applicable shipping will be issued pending an inspection by the seller to confirm condition of the item. 2.) Dead On Arrival (Domestic) returns will receive a full refund including outgoing and returning shipping charges. 4.) Combined Shipping Policy We will combine shipments to reduce costs for customers purchasing multiple items. After customers have completed their multiple purchases they should request an invoice.
