MabPure “Protein A” Magnetic Agarose Resin Beads for Antibody Purification
MabPure “Protein A” Magnetic Agarose resin/beads are designed for quick purification of IgG antibodies. The agarose beads have entrapped paramagnetic nanoparticles for easy collection and wash of the beads. This resin has an excellent binding capacity up to 50 mg/mL. It can be regenerated with 0.1 N NaOH wash for many times (i.e. over 100 times).
